Responsibilities
- Trace packages and assist customers with inquiries.
- Prepare operation reports and maintain records.
- Ensure packages are labeled correctly and compliant with regulations.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist with account openings.
- Provide general office support and assist the Station Ops Manager.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or clerical roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs.
- Proficiency in local language and TOEIC score of 450.
