Job Details:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

• Stay current on SEC regulations and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEC reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations.
