Job Overview:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Des Plaines, Illinois. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a designated business group.

Job Details:

The Recruiter will focus on sourcing and recruiting talent through various strategies and channels. This role will involve placing job advertisements, conducting candidate screenings, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

Maintain working relationship with HR and operational partners
Identify staffing needs and requirements
Source and advertise job openings
Establish relationships with schools, colleges, and diversity organizations
Facilitate onsite hiring events

Requirements:

2-3 years of recruiting experience
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational and communication skills

Other Details:

This position will be based out of our Irving office in Des Plaines, Illinois. The Recruiter will report to the Recruiting Manager and support We?s DCC operations.
