Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled First Article Quality Lead to join our team in Canton, Georgia for a 6-month contract. This role focuses on conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) for aviation products and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Job Details:

The ideal candidate will oversee the FAI process across multiple programs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and have strong experience with AS9102 forms, FMEA, and process auditing.

Responsibilities:

• Generate AS9102 forms using Net Inspect.
• Conduct First Article Inspections for aviation products.
• Verify build processes against AS9102C/S1002 for specific components.
• Develop product and process audits for inspection teams.
• Identify areas for process improvement and address FMEA concerns.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Engineering Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality leadership.
• Experience with Net Inspect and/or Discus preferred.
• Composite experience is a plus.
