Job Details:
The Production Operator, Manufacturing is responsible for processing Digital and Signs & Graphics print/finish orders, operating various equipment, and following LEAN manufacturing principles for quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Process and produce Digital and Signs & Graphics print/finish orders
- Operate printers, binding, and auxiliary equipment
- Perform equipment set-up, operation, and maintenance
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness
- Provide customer service and troubleshoot issues
- Follow supervisors' instructions and maintain work area standards
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of related experience preferred
- Prior experience with FXO products & services preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, lift 55 pounds, communicate effectively, and work independently
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Other Details:
The position requires Dye sublimation printing experience with fabric. Shift options include 6am-2:30pm or 10am-6:30pm.
