Prepare inventory records manually and electronically, communicate with vendors, monitor stock levels, and handle shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve parts as needed
  • Stock and organize parts
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Utilize computer system for parts organization
  • Receive and pack parts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in maintenance/parts administration
  • Valid driver?s license (preferred)
  • Physical ability to handle heavy parts
  • Basic computer and communication skills
