We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles and provide exceptional customer service.

The Parts Advisor will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and ordering parts for customers, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely delivery of parts.

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Order parts from suppliers and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers or service technicians.
• Collaborate with the service department to meet customer needs efficiently.

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
