Job Details: As a Machine Set Up/Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient setup and operation of power press and progressive press machines. This role involves basic adjustments, troubleshooting, blueprint interpretation, part inspection, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

• Set up and operate power press and progressive press machines
• Perform basic adjustments & troubleshooting of machines
• Follow blueprint instructions accurately
• Inspect parts for defects (visual and dimensional)
• Ensure quality standards are met consistently

• Experience as a machine set up/operator
• Proficiency with power press and/or progressive press machines
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Mechanically inclined

• Competitive salary range: $58,240 - $68,640 per year
• Second-shift timing: 3 PM - 11:30 PM
• Permanent, full-time position
