Job Details: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Parts Administration and providing Service Counter Support. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory productivity, overseeing inventory levels, and contributing to the branch's financial performance and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Service Net Planner and schedule pick-ups
• Manage inventory productivity and optimal levels
• Perform process analyses and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide quality service
• Handle warranty items, returns, and warranty-grams

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
• 2 years of customer service and operations experience
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Agile learner with collaborative spirit
• Advanced computer skills
• Regular attendance and willingness to travel as needed
