Job Overview:

Seeking a licensed Master Electrician in Rancho Santa Margarita or California to manage and conduct maintenance on various circuit networks in an industrial manufacturing setting.

Job Details:

The role involves overseeing and performing planned and on-demand maintenance on 120/208/480V circuits serving manufacturing processes and building subsystems.

Responsibilities:

Perform IR scans and reports on Service Disconnects and Sub Panels using a Fluke Thermal Imager
Conduct daily preventive maintenance as per established schedules
Inspect and install 208v and 480V 3 phase circuits, including breaker installations, conduit runs, wire sizing, and terminations
Support machine moves for manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair circuit anomalies in production equipment
Understand electrical and PID schematics for power circuitry
Work with PLC, VFD, and HMI interfaces

Requirements:

Licensed Master Electrician in Rancho Santa Margarita or California
Experience with industrial manufacturing maintenance
Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
Ability to interpret electrical and PID schematics
