Job Overview: We are looking for a District Human Resources Manager to join our team in supporting field operations and human capital strategy implementation. If you have HR experience and skills in managing associate performance, we want to hear from you. This role will be vital in fostering an engaged workforce and ensuring compliance across our locations in Ontario, Corona, Chino, and Mira Loma.

Job Details: The District Human Resources Manager will collaborate with district leadership to create an engaging work culture and tailor human capital plans to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include implementing HR practices, conducting talent management, and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and facilitate the District?s New Associate Experience program.
  • Guide team development and coach leaders in people management.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning efforts and provide staffing support.
  • Build positive relationships at locations and advise on HR policies.
  • Maintain legal compliance and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience or relevant field operations experience.
  • Bachelor?s degree required.
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification(s) preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
