The Field Support Technician Associate position focuses on providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for systems integration within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Splitting work between internal engineering and operations teams for up-to-date knowledge.
• Collaborating with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users for technical compatibility.
• Planning and working flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Supporting users on change control and system updates.
• Documenting, training, and supporting the user community on system use aspects.
• Participating in training site trainers on system use and maintenance.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting existing systems and components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent military/high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
• 5+ years of combined support, training, testing, operations, and/or integration experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of various technical concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in systems integration, customer support, testing processes, and Windows systems.
• Ability to work with XML, SQL, databases, and scripting languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
