Responsibilities:

• Execute transportation equipment dispatch according to the Linehaul plan.
• Ensure adherence to Linehaul dispatch and arrival rules.
• Dispatch cargo shipments to optimize trailer volume and meet delivery commitments.
• Enter dispatch events into the online system for timely trailer pickup and delivery.
• Verify equipment location in the dispatch system and conduct yard inventories.
• Report missing equipment promptly and address safety concerns effectively.
• Investigate and report schedule delays or incidents to ensure on-time deliveries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor?s degree preferred.
• Experience in dispatch operations is advantageous.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
