Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair service center facilities, grounds, and dock areas

• Act as a central point of contact for facility maintenance needs
• Complete regular facility, yard, and fence assessments for repairs
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and oversee their work
• Work closely with maintenance teams for in-house and 3rd-party repairs

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing skills
