We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Medford, Massachusetts. This role focuses on providing Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) feasibility insights for projects related to growth, productivity, and infrastructure.

Job Details:

The successful candidate will evaluate capital expenses, determine optimal layouts, and plan project phases to meet scope objectives.

Responsibilities:

Ensure safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.
Drive productivity improvements and full team engagement.
Develop and implement standards with regional/global teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategies.
Manage capital investment initiatives to meet targets.
Collaborate with regional and global teams for team development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in capex projects.
Agility, execution focus, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma preferred.
