• Execute routine and preventative maintenance in areas like painting, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Keep up with maintenance tasks using a structured system
• Participate in Safety Committee meetings for a secure work environment
• Provide solutions and support to the operations department as required
• Act as a point of contact for facilities issues after hours

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent technical education, or 2 years of maintenance experience
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in industrial electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and general building maintenance
• Ability to interpret manuals, documents, and drawings
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
• OSHA and safety certifications preferred
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
