The Business Development Executive will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and developing strategic sales strategies to secure new business deals within the assigned industry vertical. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, proposals, and pricing models to meet customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation within an assigned group of target customers.
- Developing sales strategies for deploying company services to potential customers.
- Collaborating with teammates to develop account strategies for assigned customers.
- Qualifying new accounts and managing the process for identifying target opportunities.
- Collaborating across functions to develop solutions, proposals, and pricing models.
- Leading the proposal and presentation process for closing deals.
- Providing weekly reporting on the progress of new business development accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supply chain/3PL sales or E-Commerce fulfilment solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective customer and employee relationships.
- Proven track record in logistics, operations, customer service, and project management.
- Initiative, innovation, and strong work standards.
