Job Details: As a Technician II, you will independently handle major and minor repairs, conduct road tests for diagnostics, and maintain vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining vehicles to guarantee customer safety
• Performing preventive maintenance services promptly and accurately
• Repairing and troubleshooting various components like engines, transmissions, and fuel systems
• Keeping the work area clean and secure
• Utilizing We's tools and technologies for logging and completing repairs
• Participating in ongoing technician training programs
• Completing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• 3 years of practical vehicle maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair is a plus
• Specialized training in major components diagnosis/troubleshooting, ASE Certification, and valid driver's license
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools of the trade
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and non-climate-controlled conditions
