Job Overview:
Responsible for coordinating documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for goods entry into the US.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with import and export regulations.

Manage documentation for customs release, process import-related paperwork, and work on agency brokerage shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release.
- Maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Adhere to international import and export regulations.
- Process agency brokerage shipments and handle remote filings.
- Follow up on customs matters and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience.
- Data entry/keyboard experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Other Details:
This role may involve Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4:30 PM EST with optional OT and holiday work. A blend of remote and in-office work based on company policy.
