As a Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurate classification of goods for customs release, data entry, processing import-related documentation, and maintaining shipment records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Ensure correct classification of goods for customs release
  • Process import-related documentation and maintain records
  • Adhere to international importing/exporting regulations
  • Collaborate with internal staff, departments, and customers

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
  • Data entry/keyboard experience
  • MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work
