Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze and submit documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact freight movement.
  • Maintain relationships with service providers to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve billing and payment issues, and handle delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of work.
  • Detail-oriented and familiar with customs regulations.
  • Paid training provided.
