We are looking for individuals to deliver top-notch customer service, resolve issues promptly, and manage necessary documentation for the smooth flow of freight operations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyze and submit documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact freight movement.
- Maintain relationships with service providers to meet customer needs.
- Resolve billing and payment issues, and handle delinquent accounts.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED.
- 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of work.
- Detail-oriented and familiar with customs regulations.
- Paid training provided.
