Job Details:
Handle documentation coordination for US Customs/Government Agencies to facilitate the entry of import goods into the United North Carolinas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Classify goods correctly for customs release
- Process import documentation for submission to US Customs
- Maintain and update shipment documentation in compliance with regulations
- Ensure adherence to international importing regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service
- Handle agency brokerage shipments
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Data entry/keyboard experience necessary
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
- Interact effectively with internal staff and management
