Job Details

The Area Manager will play a crucial role in coaching and integrating new working methods, tools, and processes in assigned plants. Strong organizational, communication, and LEAN SS skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Support strategic plan implementation by working with union partners and managers
Facilitate work sessions aligned with the Core Operating System
Create actions plans to address losses and meet goals
Maintain food quality, safety, and defense requirements
Interact with internal and external partners at a senior management level

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in engineering
Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing
LEAN SS Black Belt certification
Change management experience
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
