The Senior Compensation Analyst will support various corporate departments and field locations by offering guidance on compensation solutions, identifying pay trends, and conducting audits to ensure pay compliance. This position also plays a key role in evaluating new jobs and reviewing compensation incentive plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide compensation support and consultation to departments across the organization
  • Guide HR managers in developing total compensation solutions
  • Analyze pay trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in audits to ensure pay compliance
  • Evaluate new jobs and compensation structures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 4 years of Compensation experience in a multi-state environment
  • Experience with variable pay plans and job evaluation preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
