You will be engaged in handling damaged and incorrectly addressed packages efficiently to improve delivery timelines. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing various customer concerns.
This position is Monday to Friday from 2pm to 8pm and is expected to end on Jan 4, 2025. Bilingual (French and English) proficiency is required for candidates residing in Quebec. A valid driver's license may be necessary for certain positions.
