Job Details:

The Warehouse Lead role involves managing warehouse associates, delegating tasks, overseeing order fulfillment, managing inventory, and implementing process improvements. This position requires Monday to Friday work with some Saturdays due to inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate warehouse associates for productivity and accuracy.
• Delegate tasks based on workflow demands.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Implement process improvements and train new associates.
