We are looking for a candidate to lead teams in a 1.2 million square foot warehouse and exceed established goals in a dynamic operational environment. The successful candidate will manage resources effectively and ensure operational excellence.

• Train and develop supervisors and associates
• Recruit and retain quality associates
• Maintain effective communication and relationships
• Meet customer metrics and objectives
• Identify operational improvements
• Develop and execute financial and operating plans
• Lead a safety culture and reduce accidents

• 4-6 years related experience
• 3 years managerial experience in warehouse management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to drive process improvement and change
