We are looking for individuals to join our day shift warehouse team at an organic supply warehouse in Owings Mills, Maryland. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Details:

As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for assisting in the Receiving area, unloading freight, breaking down pallets, and ensuring accurate inventory management. This position involves manual labor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Unload freight and break down pallets
• Inspect, audit, and scan incoming items
• Follow safety guidelines for storing goods
• Conduct pick/pack duties efficiently
• Assist in other departments and handle extended work hours when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prior logistics or warehouse experience (preferred)
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
