• Understand and troubleshoot GxP training and LMS software
• Maintain items in LMS and build reports as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure GMP compliance
• Manage new employees' GMP training
• Provide support for training records and compliance expectations

• Strong PC literacy with MS Office skills
• Experience with enterprise applications and LMS
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Understanding of GAMP and/or 21 CFR Part 11
