We are looking for a Toolroom Supervisor to lead our Toolroom operations in a metal stamping manufacturing environment in Waipahu, Hawaii. If you have experience in toolmaking and strong leadership skills, this role offers the opportunity to manage a talented team of Toolmakers and drive operational efficiency.

The Toolroom Supervisor will oversee daily operations, collaborate with various departments, track project schedules, optimize maintenance programs, and develop internship initiatives to nurture future talent. This role is a direct hire, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year.

• Lead and manage Toolroom operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• 5+ years of toolmaking or Toolroom management experience
• Proven leadership skills
