In this role, you will be responsible for loading required filters and materials, driving to customer sites, collaborating on air filter changes, and warehouse tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Load necessary filters and materials from the warehouse.
- Drive to customer sites with company vehicles.
- Perform air filter replacements as part of a team.
- Dispose of used air filters appropriately.
- Assist in warehouse tasks like receiving and shipping.
- Coordinate filter service appointments with customers.
- Order filters and materials for job requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in service, field service, and HVAC.
- Capacity to coordinate and schedule filter service jobs.
- Proficiency in ordering filters and job materials.
- Ability to create service tickets and maintain customer relationships.
