Job Overview:

Job Details:

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of previous relevant experience, and familiarity with a HUB environment. A valid driver's license, forklift certification, and the ability to lift heavy packages are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide employees in sort and warehouse functions.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to new/current employees.
Assist in administrative and station operational duties.
Handle package handling, routing, and recovery of service failures.
Demonstrate strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of previous relevant experience.
Experience in a HUB environment preferred.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Forklift, Hog, Tug, and other lift equipment certification.
