Job Details:

This position is located in Milledgeville and allows for one day of remote work per week, with onsite work for the remaining days.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the hiring and evaluation of staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams for effective team operation.
  • Act as the primary support person to the Department Director to coordinate temporary and permanent staffing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of leadership experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related Medical/Nursing field.
