Job Details:
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for engaging both active and passive candidates through recruitment campaigns, collaborating with hiring managers, designing sourcing strategies, and executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse sourcing techniques.
- Engage candidates through recruitment campaigns on career and social media platforms.
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs.
- Design and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Participate in job fairs to identify diverse candidates for open positions.
- Educate managers on recruitment processes and procedures.
- Screen resumes, facilitate assessments, and conduct interviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools including social media platforms.
- Knowledge of human resources and legal compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
