Job Details:

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for engaging both active and passive candidates through recruitment campaigns, collaborating with hiring managers, designing sourcing strategies, and executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Engage candidates through recruitment campaigns on career and social media platforms.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs.
• Design and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Participate in job fairs to identify diverse candidates for open positions.
• Educate managers on recruitment processes and procedures.
• Screen resumes, facilitate assessments, and conduct interviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools including social media platforms.
• Knowledge of human resources and legal compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
