In this role, you will be responsible for managing all store operations and aligning them with company goals and directives, along with ensuring efficient payroll budget management and effective utilization of team skills for maximum store contribution.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming customer environment by greeting and assisting customers promptly
• Model desired behaviors for staff, drive sales, handle complex transactions, manage cash, and oversee inventory
• Collaborate with corporate personnel to boost sales, promote merchandise categories, and explore new markets
• Identify and address training needs, providing ongoing development opportunities for the team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail management
