We are seeking candidates with an Architectural degree for a Specification Writer position in Tucson, Arizona. As a Specification Writer, you will be responsible for writing project specifications and providing guidance on product selection, quality control of drawings, and production support.

Job Details:

This role entails compiling project specifications for various building types, composing technical specifications using SpecLink and Revit, and offering technical advice during design, documentation, and construction phases.

Responsibilities:

• Compile project specs for different building types
• Compose technical specifications using SpecLink and Revit
• Edit specifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical advice in design and construction phases
• Assist with drawing reviews and product substitutions
• Oversight of quality control of drawings and job specs
• Support functions related to contracts, estimating, and design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in architectural specification writing
• Familiarity with SpecLink and Revit software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
