Job Details:

This role involves performing repetitive hand solder production assembly operations on electronic components, ensuring accuracy and quality in every step of the assembly process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering on PCBs.
• Solder wire harnesses to boards or PCBs.
• Inspect work for defects and conduct necessary touchup or rework.
• Route jumpers as needed.
• Use microscopes for detailed work and follow documentation accurately.
• Perform mechanical assembly of small electrical components.
• Use appropriate equipment, tools, and supplies for the job.

Requirements:

• Effective hand soldering skills.
• Knowledge of soldering materials and alloys.
• Ability to work with microscopes for detailed tasks.
• Basic math skills and color recognition ability.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
