Job Details: The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for controlling work flow, maintaining accuracy, communicating effectively, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with operational reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Control work flow to meet shipping deadlines
  • Maintain accuracy and meet KPI commitments
  • Prioritize tasks and adjust to workload requirements
  • Communicate effectively via radio, phone, and email
  • Assist with operational reports and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

  • 2 years of general office experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • AS400 experience preferred
