Job Overview: A Service Desk Technician role providing technical support to PC users in both corporate and field locations. Responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication with users.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Service Desk and Project Management experience preferred
  • Technical certification required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, Outlook 2010, and MS Office
