Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as maintaining files, answering phones, and data entry.
• Verify and complete necessary documentation and reports.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
• Enter freight shipment information accurately into the computer system.
• Coordinate freight pick-up, delivery appointments, and driver check-ins.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and customers to meet their needs.
• Reconcile cash, prepare deposits, and comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of general office experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fast-paced and deadline-oriented working conditions.
