As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plastic injection/molding machines and equipment.

Job Details:

The primary focus of this role will be to ensure the optimal functioning of plastic injection/molding machines through regular maintenance, repairs, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform maintenance and repairs on plastic injection mold machines
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and tools
• Diagnose and repair machinery issues promptly
• Utilize specific tools for machinery maintenance
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics for troubleshooting
• Maintain equipment logs and data entry
• Collaborate on job improvement ideas and implementation

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance and repairs of plastic injection mold machines
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
• Strong ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Capability to diagnose, repair, and assemble machinery
