Job Details:

This position involves working closely with the Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to operate seed conditioning equipment, accurately mix seed treatment chemicals, and maintain inventory counts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work activities safely
• Accurately mix seed treatment chemicals
• Utilize computers for information recording
• Operate seed conditioning equipment as instructed
• Apply tags and labels to seed packages
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Clean equipment between runs
• Organize work area
• Operate forklift as needed

Requirements:

• High School education
• Ability to work various shifts
• Experience in seed processing or related field is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
