Job Details:

In this role, you will set up and operate machine tools, read blueprints, adjust machine settings, monitor operations, and train new operators.

Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and job orders for product specifications.
Position and secure tools, collets, and stock pushers.
Adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts.
Replace worn tools and sharpen cutting tools.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience with Acme-Gridley and Davenport screw machines.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
Proficiency in using measuring tools and precision instruments.
