We are seeking a skilled Michigan and Local Tax (SALT) Manager to join our team in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SALT compliance and consulting for our clients.

The SALT Manager will play a key role in providing guidance on state and local tax matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering strategic tax planning solutions.

• Manage SALT compliance processes
• Provide SALT consulting services to clients
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies
• Stay updated on SALT laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams on client engagements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in SALT compliance and consulting
• Strong knowledge of Mount Pleasant and Michigan tax laws
