We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives in the Holland, Michigan area to join our dynamic service center. This role values professionalism and teamwork while handling inbound calls and processing policy changes.

Job Details:

The Inside Sales Representatives will handle a large volume of inbound calls from customers, agents, and third parties. This position also involves processing policy change requests and working independently on various project assignments within the Customer Solutions Center.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills

Other Details:

This Inside Sales Representative position is initially temporary with potential for permanent placement. Shifts are from 11:00am-7:15pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month from 10:00am-3:00pm.
