Job Details:

The Lead Consultant is responsible for managing production flow, taking customer orders, recommending products and services, and ensuring quality throughout the production process. This role may also involve providing leadership to team members and solving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate consultative behaviors for excellent customer service
• Manage production flow to ensure timely completion of orders
• Recommend products/services and perform consultative selling
• Operate equipment for complex orders and manage production processes
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders
• Provide leadership to team members and assist in training
• Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2+ years of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand, move, lift, and communicate effectively
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
