Job Details: As a Senior Rental Representative, you will handle front-line contact with prospects, match vehicle demand with availability, manage customer accounts, and ensure complete satisfaction. This position is based in Westerville, Ohio.

• Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments.
• Prepare merchandise for display, purchase, or rental.
• Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and services.
• Answer telephones to provide information and receive orders.
• Greet customers and discuss merchandise for rental.

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Preference for sales experience (retail, consumer, B2B).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
