We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in maintaining office operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Details:
The Receptionist will be responsible for handling reception duties, clerical tasks, scheduling, accounts support, data entry, communication, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls at the reception area.
- Perform filing, copying, and inventory management.
- Manage appointment calendars and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with accounts receivable processing and bank deposits.
- Input and manage data accurately using ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Provide timely and accurate information to management.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
