Job Overview:

This position involves handling packages within an operation including manual handling, sort activities, screening, and completing related administration. Different levels of roles impact accountabilities where Associates may handle tasks under guidance, while Lead or senior levels handle escalated issues, coordinate team activities, and support process implementation.

Job Details:

Under general supervision, responsibilities include safely loading/unloading aircraft and company vehicles, performing size and weight checks on packages, sorting packages, ensuring safety compliance, receiving and sorting air/freight shipments, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and minor maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload aircraft and company vehicles safely
Perform size and weight checks on packages
Sort packages efficiently

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and minor maintenance

Requirements:

High school completion or equivalent
Current driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift 75 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
Willingness to work variable shifts
General vehicle maintenance and hand/power tools experience
Accuracy, attention to detail, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
