We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our team in the production of plastic bottles in Livermore, California. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for conducting quality tests and ensuring that production lines meet the required standards.

Job Details:

The position involves conducting various quality tests such as weight, color, and dimensions, with tolerances of +/- 0.01. Quality checks will be performed on multiple production lines utilizing testing equipment and recording results in Excel.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality tests on production lines
Conduct 5 tests per line using specified equipment
Ensure production standards are met
Record and track testing results
Maintain a high level of quality control

Requirements:

Experience with quality tools like scales, mics, and gauges
Proficiency in Excel data tracking
Ability to read quality gauges accurately
Prior experience in quality testing
